What does battery health mean?

It's the maximum capacity of the battery relative to when it was new, expressed as a percentage.

What's your minimum battery guarantee?

Every iPhone ships with battery health of 82% or better. We disclose the exact percentage on every listing.

Do you replace batteries?

We only replace batteries when they fall below 80%, and only with genuine Apple parts.

How long is the warranty?

12 months from delivery. Covers hardware defects and battery below 80%.

How do I make a claim?

How do I trade in?
